Multidisciplinary Team
Our team consists of specialists in oral surgery, orthodontics, dental aesthetics, dental prosthetics, microscope endodontics, periodontology and oral hygiene.
For better and more sustainable long-term results, following an evaluation during a primary consultation, you will be taken over by a specialist depending on your diagnosis. In the case of more complex dental cases, several specialist doctors will work together under the careful supervision of a leading doctor responsible for coordinating the treatment plan.

In case of a dental emergency, please call us immediately and we will schedule an appointment for you within the same day, during the doctors’ break time or at the end of the program.
We guide ourselves by the motto: “Your smile is your business card”, so you are welcome to visit our clinic in order to benefit from quality dental services and maintain your oral health.
Cancelling an appointment
Here, at our clinic, we understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed or canceled for various reasons. If you are unable to honour your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow us to schedule another patient in that timeframe and make effective use of our available resources.
IMPORTANT: If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, a fee of 50 RON will be added to the costs of your next visit. This fee will cover the cost of lost time and resources.

Payment methods
You have the possibility to pay by cash or by credit card.
In the case of more complex treatments, we will provide you with a treatment plan that will include all costs and together we will determine the payment method, including recommendations for financing through a bank.
Communication
Our dental practitioners speak English, Hungarian, Ukrainian, Russian and Italian, which enables us to offer personalized services based on the needs and preferences of each patient.
The Medical Questionnaire and Post-Operative Instructions are translated into English, Hungarian, Russian and Italian. These details are important for our doctors to establish an accurate history of the patient’s health and to inform patients how to manage healing after surgery or to adapt to the new dental procedures performed, as the case may be.
Schedule delays
One of the most challenging aspects of our work is helping patients overcome the fear and anxiety associated with dental procedures. Therefore, delays in our schedule are sometimes inevitable. These allow us to ensure that each patient receives the attention and care they need in order to feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire procedure.
We strive to communicate as clearly and openly as possible with our patients about the time needed for each procedure and the delays that may occur so that they know what to expect and, thus, prepare themselves accordingly.
